Cindy and Andy have two children and three grandchildren. They also have three dogs and enjoy boating and travel. Cindy began her career working for Duke Realty Investments in 1994 as a leasing assistant for the Park 101 Industrial Park, and later as managing broker. With her sister (now deceased), two brothers, son, daughter-in-law, daughter, son-in-law, three granddaughters and one grandson all living in Decatur, her roots are firmly planted. At one point in time she and her three siblings had all relocated to other parts of the country – Indianapolis, New York, Peoria and Minneapolis. By the early 1980’s all four had returned home to raise their families. When her daughter, the younger of her two children, left for college in 1998, Marcia had been a single parent for nearly 16 years. With the day to day responsibility of raising two children behind her, she decided to work toward earning her real estate license.
Marcia joined the Glenda Williamson Team in 1999 as a licensed agent and soon discovered there was not a better mentor in the industry. When Glenda began talking about starting her own agency, I knew there was no way it could fail. Glenda had systems for top notch customer service, sincere concern for customer satisfaction and a reputation for being honest and hard working for her clients. I am proud to be a charter member of the Glenda Williamson Realty team.
